Job Description
Training Hyd Circle users from various verticals of Accounts, Business & Collections team on various IT functional applications and allied training through Virtual & Classroom sessions.
Have regular meetings with the local Operations team and Accounts team and do requirement gathering for Training requirements.
Maintain a good relationship with Circle heads/DM’s and all concerned stakeholders.
Regularly conduct short refresher sessions on the recent updates and developments on the application.
Do a regular gap analysis and constantly work towards the field teams training requirements based on the feedback collected.
Conduct online assessments post training to evaluate the learning and implement course corrections whenever required.
Emphasize users on usage of role based learning platforms for mandatory e-learning’s and trained topics certifications.
Frequent branch visit & detailed field study to understand users pain areas/Challenges in terms of understanding the process, Product knowledge and application usage.
Manage and deliver Dealer training requests on time for the respective circle and also outcall Dealers to understand the Training requirements and usage difficulties in Dealer Portal.
Regular mailers to stakeholders on monthly Training calendar, Training invitation and Training completion.
Telephonic support to Dealers on basic queries like TA request, Login issues and profile update in coordination with HO team.
Regular branch visits to be made. Emphasize on Online payments during the monthly EMI due dates, training & awareness to be provided to employees on company’s policies and initiatives


Required Skill set –

Strong English communication skills
Candidate should be outspoken and fluent in minimum 2 south Indian languages. Ability to manage Trainings in Hindi will be an added advantage.
Should have a minimum of 2 Years experience in Banking/NBFC or Financial industry with basic understanding of Loan process
Managing MIS reports with basic functional knowledge of Vlook, Pivot, Training Dashboards etc
